Here's the full in-season conditioning workout:
A1: Plyo push ups x 3
A2: DB Bulgarian Split Squat x 8 per side
A3: Supinated grip chin ups x 8
A4: Incline DB bench press x 8
A5: Bent over two-arm alternating DB row x 8 per side
A6: DB Romanian deadlifts x 8
A7: Palov press x 8 per side
A8: DB Farmers walk x 20 seconds
*Perform all eight exercises back-to-back by resting 15 seconds in between exercises and two minutes in between full circuits. Repeat for four total rounds.
