They say late night snacking is not good for you especially if you’re trying to lose weight. However, most of my hockey practices and games are late at night. Is it okay to eat after? If yes, what kind of food should I eat?
How to maintain strength during hockey season without access to a gym?
Looking for more advice on nutrition for youth players. I have an 11-year-old who has fallen into the idea that he needs protein shakes. Any additional advice or suggestions on a general menu, or do’s and don’ts for young athletes, would be greatly appreciated!
Since it is winter and I do not have a gym for speed training, can I do speed training on an elliptical cycle, just go ballistic on it for 6- 10 seconds or so?
How to motivate young hockey players to practice hard?
Can you lower the rest time in a workout to make the workout harder?
