In this video, I'm going to show you through all the exercises you can use to strengthen the chin-up and pull-up motion.
Look, chin-ups and pull-ups are some of the best exercises in the game to improve your shot power - and to make sure you are strong on the puck.
The problem is...
These are some of the hardest exercises in the game.
And it is not uncommon AT ALL that beginners and even intermediate players aren't performing these properly.
This is not a problem as long as you know what to do in the meantime to work your way up and strengthen all of the muscles and movements you need to be able to perform these exercises eventually.
Let's get into it -
-Jumping Pull Up
-Assisted Pull Up
-Eccentric Pull Up
-Eccentric With Momentum
-Using A Band or Assisted Pull Up Machine
If you use at least some of these variations a few times a week - you can expect your pull up to be much MUCH stronger in less than 8 weeks!
